Quartz and Slate

Delivery – You must prepare a sufficient number of people upon the receipt of your order. The carrier company will not have any mandate to unload your order. The client is responsible for unloading their order. For a home delivery, the transport company will call the client twenty-four hours and two hours prior to its’ shipment. However, we cannot guarantee this action nor will we be held responsible for any errors or delays made by the transport company.

Installation and Preparation of Synthetic Grass, Composite Wood or Composite Wood Fence – SGC will not be held responsible for the installation or preparation of synthetic grass, composite decking or composite fencing. Any errors, omissions or issues that arise from the installation or preparation of these products must be resolved without the involvement of SGC, even if the latter offered training or information pertaining to its installation.

Price Error – Price errors due to technical issues cannot be attributable to SGC. The customer cannot use the error to their favour at the time of their purchase. SGC will correct the price error at any point in time during the transaction.

Submission Policy – SGC strives for submissions to be as accurate as possible however, SGC does not guarantee that the quantity of materials offered in the submission will be sufficient for your synthetic grass, composite wood and composite fence project. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that these quantities are sufficient to carry out the project bid. The client has the responsibility to pay for the missing products alongside a shipping fee. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy – Items returned in its original condition can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the date of original purchase. However, there are no refunds or exchanges for custom cut products. Furthermore, no refunds can be issued due to carrier delay. SGC reserves the right to authorize or refuse a refund as well as the cancellation of an order at its discretion. If a refund is made, a 20% return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Urban Planning By-laws – SGC is not responsible for any regulations pertaining to the installation area. The client must verify these regulations themselves, whether they are allowed to install synthetic turf at the desired location.

The Maintenance Free Promotion can not only be applied to one product unit, but must be applied to an entire project of the second and third additional range. This promotion is valid for a limited time.
